Born in Asheville, North Carolina, Troy Fleming is a Legal Investigator with the Law Firm Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath Attorneys in West Palm Beach, Florida. He has over 31 years experience involving personal injury and products liability investigation and litigation. He has been with Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath since September, 2019. His career as a Legal Investigator started with Taft, Taft & Haigler Attorneys in Greenville, North Carolina. He was their lead investigator from 1986 until 2001. From there he joined Brown & Jennings Attorneys in Roanoke, Virginia from November, 2001 until August, 2019. His career has focused on cases involving plaintiffs’ personal injuries and products liability investigations in anticipation of litigation. He attended East Carolina University from 1984 to 1986.
