BIO

I am proud to be a professional investigator for more than 40 years, serving the legal community and the general public in both criminal defense, personal injury, corporate and complex litigation matters. I had the privilege of owning and operating my own agency for most of this time. However, an eight (8) year stint with the Federal Defender Capital Habeas Unit of Philadelphia honed my criminal defense skills and my personal sense of justice and compassion.
It has been my pleasure to be a long time NALI member, serving in a variety of capacities. Mostly, I have seen NALI as a source of friendship and camaraderie. It is here that I have found like minded souls with the passion for their profession which I gladly share.
As a result of my affiliation with NALI I have penned several books. They include:

Additionally I have written more than 40 articles for professional investigative journals and spoken at numerous conferences and seminars. I am an educator at heart and combine my initial vocational goal with my eventual vocational reality.
Most importantly I lay claim to a wonderful extended personal family as a result of various marriages, unofficial adoptions and official grandparenthood.
