Thomas E. Fischer, CLI, is a career detective whose experience includes over 30 years with the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) and almost 14 years as the owner/operator of Thomas Fischer Investigations (TFI) LLC, a private detective agency in southeast Wisconsin. Extensive professional field experience and expertise with the MPD includes: homicide, armed robbery, and white-collar criminal investigations. Extensive field experience and expertise as the owner/operator of TFI, an investigative agency specializing in criminal, civil, and forensic investigations. Managerial and administrative proficiencies include labor contract negotiations with the City of Milwaukee and vice president/chief lobbyist for the Milwaukee Police Association at the city and state levels. Tom is the Region II director for the National Association of Legal Investigators.
