Kyle Corrigan is the Chief Investigator and founder of Bright Line Investigations LLC, a multi-state investigative and security consulting agency licensed throughout the Midwest and headquartered in Wisconsin. With over 17 years of professional experience, Kyle has built a reputation as a trusted provider of litigation support, surveillance operations, insurance fraud investigations, and criminal and civil defense casework for law firms, insurance carriers, and corporate clients.

A Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI) and seasoned expert witness, Kyle works closely with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions to uncover critical evidence, conduct in-depth interviews, analyze patterns of fraudulent behavior, and deliver comprehensive investigative reports to support civil and criminal litigation.

He also serves as the lead curriculum developer for approved continuing education and armed training programs across the region.

Kyle’s commitment to professionalism extends into academia. In Fall 2025, he begins his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice at Liberty University, building on his M.S. in Criminal Justice (UW-Platteville) and dual undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology (UW-Parkside). He also leads a nationwide internship program through NCISS, connecting university students with experiential learning placements at investigative agencies nationwide.
