Carlos W. De Jesus Jr., is an ACTAR-accredited Traffic Crash Reconstructionist with over 20 years of law enforcement experience focused on crash investigation, analysis, and reconstruction. He has led and assisted in hundreds of serious-injury and fatal crash investigations, including DUI-related and traffic homicide matters, and is known for his work on complex collision analysis.

Carlos has completed more than six hundred hours of advanced crash reconstruction training and is a Bosch CDR Technician, with specialized capability in event data recorder (EDR) analysis, occupant kinematics, human factors, and damage analysis. He also serves as an adjunct instructor with the Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM), training law enforcement professionals nationwide in crash investigation and reconstruction.

In addition to his technical expertise, Carlos brings substantial courtroom experience, having testified hundreds of times in criminal trials, depositions, and administrative hearings, including as an expert witness in traffic crash reconstruction. His work is valued for its technical precision, investigative rigor, and clear, credible testimony.
