Christopher is a retired Detective from the City of Milwaukee Police Department, with an extensive background in criminal, felony, misdemeanor, and civil investigations. As a seasoned investigator, he has gained invaluable knowledge as a canine handler and has worked on cases related to narcotics manufacturing, distribution, interdiction, pharmaceutical and prescription crimes. He was a part of a federal drug task force (HIDA) which investigated narcotic related prostitution/human trafficking, robbery, homicide, and property crimes.

Christopher is fluent in Spanish and is skilled in interviewing and witness statement collection, as well as conducting suicide and overdose investigations. He has been qualified as an expert witness in Wisconsin State Courts and Federal Courts for narcotics, trafficking, interdiction, and weapons-related investigations. He has also collaborated with the U.S. Postal Inspections Service, FBI, DEA, and DOJ as a Task Force Officer (TFO).

Christopher’s experience extends to working with the Wisconsin Medical/Pharmaceutical Board and Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection. He has provided training and public instruction to prosecutors, medical professionals, and law enforcement on topics such as interdiction, illegal drug use/manufacturing, diversion, and confidential informant management.

In addition to his investigative expertise, Christopher has worked in commercial pharmaceutical operations and environmental health and safety compliance, focusing on DEA compliance, commercial insurance audits, and EPA compliance related to controlled pharmaceutical inventory and commercial chemical waste.
