The owner and qualifying officer of DKMP, LLC spent over 30 years working for the United States Government in various roles. Over 22 of those years were spent working as a sworn federal law enforcement officer, to include over 15 years as a Criminal Investigator (Special Agent). Other law enforcement assignments included the detection, prevention and interdiction of those involved in human and narcotics smuggling along the Southwest Border of the United States. After 9/11, the owner transferred to another federal agency which routinely deployed to assess, address and mitigate varying potential risks and threats to civil aviation transportation and travelers.

The owner is also a proud Veteran of the U.S. Armed Services, who spent over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Air Force Reserve, where he was an active aircrew member. He retired at the rank of Master Sergeant (E-7).
