The NALI 2025 MidWinter will focus on the CLI, highlighting the standards and best practices within our profession. The conference, which will provide tools and materials for all professional investigators, will highlight some of NALI’s incredible members focusing on a wide array of topics. While this conference will benefit everyone who attends, those who are considering taking the step to become a CLI will be provided opportunities to hear from CLIs and to learn more about the process and exam.
Speakers from across North America will present on topics relevant to both in-house and independent investigators whether they work on criminal defense or civil litigation. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about statement taking, difficult locates, business practices, writing for professional journals, and more. Hear from database vendors who will highlight what their products can do to assist you in your investigations. Each day of incredible presentations will conclude with a roundtable discussion open to all participants.
Offering 16 hours of continuing education credit, this conference is designed to equip and stretch legal investigators at every level. NALI will provide materials and presentations on a flash drive/notebook to all conferencegoers so they can take the tools home with them.
In addition to all of the incredible tools and presentations, we will have a “LIT” Lunch with a Legal Investigator Trivia competition!
