Rachel Roberts, CLI

Title: Modeling Efficiency in Investigations: Tools, Tips, and Honest Conversations

Rachel Roberts CLI, CCDI does business as Roberts Investigations in Aravada, CO. She has worked on various state and federal misdemeanor and felony criminal defense cases ranging from capital murder to securities fraud. Rachel has investigative experience in all stages of proceedings, from before the filing of charges to post-conviction relief. She is adept with computer-assisted reporting techniques and is well-versed in various digital discoveries. For the last several years, Rachel has worked cases in conjunction with local and national Innocence Projects, and her work also includes the occasional plaintiff’s civil rights suit. She received NALI’s National Director’s award in 2021 and is NALI’s Region V Director. She chaired NALI’s Membership Committee from 2019 to 2022. She has been a senior member of the Professional Private Investigators Association of Colorado (PPIAC) since 2016 and previously served on the board of PPIAC from 2017 to 2023.
